Delaware Comprehensive Assessment System 

Delaware's new assessment system is in the works!  The Department of Education put out the RFP earlier this month and proposals are due April 20th.  It will take some time till the proposals are reviewed and a decision is made, but hopefully there will be an opportunity for the public to have some input along the way.  What would be your top priorities for this new system?

I hear that American Institutes for Research will develop and pilot the DCAS (Delaware Comprehensive Assessment System). Will this start in March of 2010?

To answer the posted question, my top priority would be to be able to find official information concerning the new test, on the DOE site, so we can keep abreast of the progress. Where is there a link that will give us official information about the testing system?
